Again, an early appointment was greeted with enthusiasm for getting the job done thoroughly and in good time. Though I had to make another appointment for additional (and optional) work, I was on my way in good order with the car running perfectly.
Went for a break-in oil change on our new X5. Lindsay was friendly and professional. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time while I waited and the price was very fair.

Every visit the service costs increase. Shocked at the cost of suggested fixes from my X3, with 80,000 miles. They estimate over $8,000 in repairs/maintenance on a car that feels to me to be running fine. Shocked! Losing trust. Guess i won't be getting another BMW. TOO expensive to maintain. Have had all regular maintenance done sas scheduled with no problems. Hate my run flat tires, akthough i got over 60k miles from them. A mistake, by BMW, Iin my mind.

Hilton Head BMW is a very nice dealership. The customer service care employees are very attentive and helpful. The waiting area is nice and clean. The snacks they offer while a customer waits are fresh. The mechanics are knowledgeable. The only complaint I have is pets are welcomed and I'm terrified of dogs.

Generally this dealership completes scheduled service when promised. However my last two scheduled service visits have gone significantly over the the anticipated completion time. My last service was scheduled at least 30 days in advance of the service date which included the installation of 4 new tires. Even though the dealership had plenty of time to have the tires there at the time of scheduled service they were not and had to be ordered causing a 2 day delay. I had a loaner car but it did cause some inconvenience.

We were looking for a new small SUV, visited all the premium dealerships in the area.. Mercedes, Lexus etc..went with the BMW because of the salesmen Carlos Pecero, Carlos’s attention to detail and patience was great. The technology in these cars can be overwhelming but he explained so much I was very Comfortable. He always made him self available, we visited twice before we bought.then after the sale we had the BMW Genius, Joshua help us and he was a wizard, and also explained so much.

The service manager Donald came to my rescue when BMW roadside assistance dropped the ball and performed pathetically. BMW roadside assistance is a sham and should not be relied upon. If it wasn't for the professionalism and dedication to providing optimal service by HHI BMW service manager I do not know what I would do. Again BMW roadside assistance providers an inferior service.

Repairs done in a timely manner. Videos were helpful. Everyone was polite and professional. However, they did not take my critique of BMW's lack of design and manufacturing quality and apparent lack of customer care. I paid $2,000 dollars for a repair that was totally preventable if BMW cared about it's customers.
