Dear Tim & Tom,
This is the second car we purchased from Hilton Head BMW. We returned because of the pleasant and exceptional experience we had with the sales and service department during the purchase and ownership of our first car.
Once again we were very impressed with the friendly and professional way we were treated and overall business transaction.
Tim Lawrence (Sales Advisor) and Tom Ditzig (General Manager) are a class act. We would not buy a BMW anywhere else.

Thanks for checking with me. The car is great so far. It's a much better traveling vehice than the FJ. I had a chance to prove that as I drove almost 1800 miles this weekend.
I saw the FJ on your lot the other night. It look great! Good luck on the sale and I'll mail the spare key to you this week. If I hear of anyone in the Savannah/Bluffton/Hilton Head area that is looking for one, I will send them to you.
I should also reiterate that you and the Hilton Head BMW staff were truly a pleasure to work with and set a standard that other car dealers should aspire to reach.
I'll drop in for that car was on my next trip through town.

Dear Mr. Tom Ditzig,
We moved to Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island in early 2005 with a pre-owned 550i BMW and have been a customer of yours ever since.
We have always been pleased with your service, but recently I have been particularly pleased with the attention that we have received by Charlie Knight, your Service Advisor to us.
He does not know I am writing, but I must tell you he represents Hilton Head BMW so superbly, and I thought you should know it from a customer. He is courteous, he always stays in touch from a standpoint of what is going on with the car, he tells you how long the service will take and that estimate is always on the mark, he arranges a loaner car when he thinks it is required ? well, you get the point ? he is great!
I know that there are equally great mechanics and others that work on my car that I will never meet, but for whom I am so grateful. I appreciate all the people that make Hilton Head BMW the dealership that it is.
To you, to Charlie, to my mechanic, and to all the other folks at your dealership, a big salute and thanks for all you do to make ownership of a BMW such a great delight! Thank you.
