As the German automaker's best-selling model, the BMW 3 Series gets quite a bit of attention. At the famous Beijing motor show, BMW recently pulled the cover off a set of 3 Series sedans with extended wheelbases. Why stretch the already popular body size? In short, BMW is catering to the Chinese market. More specifically, the automaker has added an extra 4.33 inches onto the rear of the BMW 335Li, 328Li, and 320Li in order to please overseas consumers.

This decision marks the second BMW model to be tailored exclusively for China; the first being the BMW 5 Series (i.e. the BMW 528i).
