Fans of the BMW 7 Series will be happy to know that the automaker has released significant updates for the flagship sedan's next model year. Of course, Hilton Head BMW was among the first to delve into all the exciting details. What do we think? If it's even possible, the 7 Series lineup is looking better than ever.
For the 2013 BMW 7 Series models, engineers and designers didn't hold back. Rather consumers will see stunning updates for everything from style to features. Specifically, we'll start with the former. Exterior alterations to the lineup include tweaks to the fascia complemented by wider grille frames and reshaped lower air intakes.
Moving to the inside, BMW 7 Series drivers will be pleased to find an even more refined, luxurious atmosphere with redesigned, comfort-focused seats and new graphics on the main instrument cluster. For all BMW techies, the automaker has also significantly improved upon its infotainment software interface, added 3-D graphics and speech recognition for its navigation system, and placed a new surround sound system on the options list.
If all these model upgrades sound like icing on the top of an already sweet cake, it's because they are. BMW officials put it well saying, "The newly updated 2013 BMW 7 Series will again set new benchmarks in its class for performance, luxury, efficiency, and safety."1
